Yes, we offer free shipping for South East Asian countries. For other countries we have different rates, depending on your location.

Our parcels will reach Malaysia as fast as 1-3 working days. For the rest of South East Asia we estimate a shipping duration of 4-7 working days.

Your paddle is protected by a Limited 2-Year Warranty covering factory defects in materials and workmanship from the date of original purchase. This covers structural issues like core crushing, delamination, or face cracking. It does not cover normal wear and tear, abuse, or damage from hitting objects other than a pickle ball. To file a claim, simply contact us. We will assess the paddle and, at our discretion, provide a replacement if a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
