For West Malaysia deliveries: 1–3 business days.

For East Malaysia deliveries: 2–5 business days.

Free standard shipping is offered throughout South East Asia.

Customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes on international shipments.

If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, you will receive a full refund.
Return & Exchange Policy

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return, provided the paddle is unused and in its original packaging.

Returns for change of mind are accepted within 3 days of receiving—however, the customer must cover the return shipping cost.

Upon approval, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Items cannot be returned if they are modified, used in match conditions, or missing original packaging.
