Returns & Exchanges

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Products must be in original condition (unused, clean, original packaging). If you’ve modified the paddle, we may decline or apply a restocking/handling fee.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your items arrives damaged or if there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days with photos. We will provide either a replacement or refund, including shipping costs.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 2 business days. Estimated delivery for Malaysian orders: 2-3 days; South East Asia: 3-7 days. For other locations, kindly contact our customer service for shipping time estimation. Customers are responsible for customs, duties, or VAT for international shipments.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours before it ships. Once the paddle has shipped, standard return/exchange policy applies.

Warranty

We guarantee against factory defects for 1 year from date of purchase. Normal wear and tear or damage from misuse are not covered.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Contact customer support through our website or Instagram. Provide your order number and photos (if damaged). We will send you return shipping instructions, return costs are born by the buyer.

Refund

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days after we receive the returned item. For exchange, replacement items are shipped once approved.

Changes to policy

Pike reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updated policies will be posted on our website. Your use of the store after changes constitutes agreement to new terms.
